Navy Command Headquarters Released a Press Release Explaining the Matter Regarding “Captain Tang of Cheng Kung-Class Frigate from the 146 Fleet Involved with Inappropriate Relationship Outside Camp”. (May 3rd, 2019)

Navy Command Headquarters has stated today (3rd) that the Navy Fleet Command has discovered Captain Tang of Cheng Kung-Class Frigate from its affiliated 146 Fleet is involved with inappropriate relationship outside camp. As a leading cadre, Captain Tang has failed to keep his nose clean, hence the Navy Command Headquarters has relieved him of his position and transferred him to another post, and his position will be replaced by the squadron commander of the frigate. Furthermore, a special case will be established for investigation, and Captain Tang will be reviewed and punished according to the regulations with no quarter given.

Navy Command Headquarters emphasized that the incident will be used as an example subsequently, and requests all affiliated units to continue strengthening education on military discipline and law in order to maintain overall discipline.
